To provide a washer which allows both of sprinkling washing and dry wiping (polishing, waxing) by one stand, is low-cost and compact, is easily operated and is high in efficiency and safety.

A simple switching valve is disposed on an operating part of the tip by utilizing the tap water and a blower of cleaner, etc., and, thereby, even when hydraulic power is utilized, the washer allows not only the sprinkling washing but also the dry wiping and polishing (waxing), etc. On the other hand, when the cleaners are utilized, the washer can be used for corridor, wall, pillar and ceiling, etc., no matter whether it is inside or outside a house. The washer also can be made a mini size one for a sink cabinet.
