PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by providing a rise-up mechanism lifting and storing a wiper arm with a simple structure having three links.

CONSTITUTION: A lever 20 is arranged relatively rotatably around the pivot shaft 16 of a right wiper 10A, and the lever 20 is constituted of the first link 22 and a lever 24 which is extended at a preset angle with the link 22 and forms part of a rotating means at the time of storage. One end of a pivot lever 18 is fixed to the other end of the pivot shaft 16, and one end of the second link 26 is connected to the other end of the pivot lever 18 to be faced to the first link 22. One end of the third link 30 is connected to the tip of the link section 22 of the lever 20, and the other end is connected to one end (connection portion to the link 26) of a link rod 28 transferred with the power of a wiper motor 32 so that the link 30 is faced to the pivot lever 18.
