A wiping and cleaning body is formed by packing a wiping sheet 2 impregnated with a wiping liquid agent inside a bag 3. The wiping sheet 2 is composed of nonwoven fabric or woven fabric. Then, the wiping liquid agent contains a sodium thiosulfate aqueous solution, and is nonalcoholic solution not containing alcohol.
