Abstract:
To provide a wiping cleaning liquid control device and a method of the same which can securely detect concentration of a surfactant contained in a wiping cleaning liquid.SOLUTION: A wiping cleaning liquid control device includes at least a measuring device which measures concentration of a surfactant in a cleaning liquid, a storage device which stores a reference value previously set optionally, a comparison determination device which calculates and determines a difference between a measured value and the reference value, a control device which transmits a command based on a result determined by the comparison determination device, and a concentration adjustment device which adjusts concentration on receiving the command transmitted from the control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
