PURPOSE: To steadly wipe the surface of a window glass of a vehicle without a creak noise or the like, and a scratch by providing a transparent screen which is coated with pulverized magnetic substance on both the sides in uniformly distributed strips and is sandwiched in between two window glasses and by moving a wiper in the condition that it is attracted to the magnetic substance through the glass in the time of energizing.

CONSTITUTION: A transparent screen of optionally selected material is coated with pulverized magnetic substance 2 on both the sides in uniformly distributed strips and sandwiched in between contact faces 3a's of window glasses 3's. Wirings 4a and 4b are applied to the upper and lower sides, or light and left of these contact faces 3a's, and these wirings 4a and 4b are connected to a power supply 5 through a switch 6 so as to be able to energize these glasses 3's. And an electromagnet 9 which is connected to the power supply 5 through a switch 8 is fitted inside a holder 7 so that it can attract a wiper 13. And a feeder for the wiper 13 which is coupled with the holder 7 operates so that the wiper 13 may dropped down from the holder 7 at the upper part of the window glass 3 in the time of energizing the electromagnet 9. Hence the wiper 13 is moved on a glass face 3b in the condition that it is attracted to the glass face 3b.
