Title:
WIRE ENTWINEMENT PREVENTING METHOD FOR REINFORCEMENT BUNDLING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3314911
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire entwinement preventing method for a reinforcement bundling machine which can forcibly terminate bundling operation when it is determined that matters to be bundled such as reinforcements and other structures are not correctly bundled by a wire for bundling reinforcements, and can prevent entwinement of the wire on a torsion hook so as to avoid complicated after-treatment, and can improve efficiency of bundling work.
SOLUTION: A reinforcement bundling machine comprises a wire conveyor 2 for sending out a wire 1 for bundling reinforcements, a guide arm 3 for guiding the sent out wire 1 so as to hang around a reinforcement intersection in a looped shape, a torsion device 4 for holding a part of the loop of the wound wire 1 so as to torsionally clamp, and a cutting device 5 for cutting off the loop from the wire 1 at an original position. The machine monitors a torque of a motor 6 for driving the torsion device 4. When increasing tendency in the change of the torque after the elapse of a predetermined time from start of the torsion device 4 can not be confirmed, the operation of the torsion device 4 is stopped.
