Abstract:
To provide a wire feeding device which switches a wire feeding direction at a high speed and reduces the consumption of energy accompanying rotation.
The wire feeding device 1 is provided with: a pair of rotatable rotary bodies 15, 16; a feed driving means 17 which makes the rotary bodies 15, 16 to rotate in opposite directions to each other and feeds a wire inserted between the rotary bodies 15, 16; a cylindrical guide pipe 18, through which the wire fed from between the rotary bodies 15, 16 is inserted, and which regulates the wire feeding direction; and a feeding direction switching means 19 which makes the guide pipe 18 to turn horizontally to the rotary bodies 15, 16 to switch the wire feeding direction.
