PURPOSE: To prevent movement of wire guide in the circumferential direction and adequately and surely hold the rotation stop condition by fixing the one end of a wire guide supporting axis.
CONSTITUTION: Three keys among four slide keys 66 always engage with each corresponding key groove 63, forming a rotation stopping mechanism. Since a rod 7 is coupled with a slide key supporting block 62 due to the engaging condition of the slide keys other than those interfering the a tube portion of a copper wire feeding tube 27 and the key groove 63, the rod 7 is fixed for the circumferential direction. Therefore, the rod 7 is never driven to rotate jointly with the rotating motion of a spindle shaft 4 at the time of winding operation and the wire guide fixed at the one shaft end of rod 7 is surely stopped to rotate.
