The wire harness W/H is fixed on a base plate part 11 of a clamp 10 by taping, and a vehicle body provisional fitting part 12 protrudingly provided on the base plate part 11 is provisionally fitted in a fitting hole 31 provided on the vehicle body 30. A bolt hole 22 of an apparatus 20 is made to coincide with bolt holes 32 and 13 of the vehicle body 30 and the clamp 10, and a bolt B is inserted into the communicated bolt holes 32, 13 and 22. Thus, the clamp 10 and the apparatus 20 are simultaneously fixed on the vehicle body 30. The vehicle body provisional fitting part 12 is easily pulled out of the fitting hole when the wire harness is pulled out after removing the bolt B so as to remove the apparatus 20.
