Abstract:
To improve the productivity of a wire harness.
A wire (a) is wired on a sheathing 20 three-dimensionalily by moving a pressure-contact wiring machine 13 three-dimensionalily. At the starting end and the finishing end of the wire (a), the wire (a) is pressure contacted to connectors C, as well as the wire (a) is cut off. By such a way, the direct wiring to the sheathing 20, and the pressure contacting to the connectors C are carried out in a series of operation, and as a result, the working space can be made narrow, and the manufacturing time can be reduced. It is preferable to cover connector covers in this continuous operation.
