To automatically separate electric wires from terminals and connectors constituting a wire harness W/H.
In this wire harness dismantling device, a pair of rollers 10 are provided below a grasping member 5 rising and falling also grasping the wire harness W/H, and hitching attachments 11 having spaces connectors 3 are inserted and pulled in are fixed to the periphery 10a of the rollers 10. A cylinder 4 is activated to move the grasping member 5 down to the position at which the connectors 3 are contacted with the periphery 10a, and at the same time, the rollers 10 are rotated in the directions indicated by the arrows R, thereby the connectors 3 are pulled in and locked on the hitching attachments 11. The rollers 10 are further rotated to separate the connectors 3 and terminals from electric wires 1 of the wire harness W/H.
