Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a wire harness capable of conducting hand-over of a sub-harness between assembly parts effectively as much as possible.SOLUTION: A transportation mechanism 30 for transporting a sub-harness SH from a first assembly part 10 for assembling the sub-harness SH to a second assembly part 20 for assembling a wire harness by using the sub-harness SH has a transportation rail 40 extending so as to connect the first and second assembly parts 10 and 20, a holding tool 50 movable along the transportation rail 40 while holding the sub-harness SH, and external force transmission tools 62 and 63 capable of applying the moving force for moving the holding tool 50 along the transportation rail 40 to the holding tool 50. By applying the external force to the external force transmission tools 62 and 63 when a work bench 21 of the second assembly part 20 moves along a manufacturing line, the work bench 21 and the holding tool 50 are moved in synchronization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
