To more smoothly perform surplus length absorption of the wire harness in an open/close operation of a door.
A wire harness routing structure includes: a wire harness WH; an exterior covering member 20 that covers the exterior of the wire harness WH; a mounting member 30 that can be mounted on a vehicle body 2 and can be fixed to one end side part of the exterior covering member 20; a housing part 40 that houses the wire harness WH that extends from the other end part of the exterior covering member 20 so that the surplus length can be absorbed and has a door interior positioning part that can affix the wire harness WH at a pull-out opening through which the wire harness 20 can be pulled out into the door 6; and a guide part 50 that can guide the other end part of the exterior covering member 20 towards the housing part 40. The housing part 40 has a wall part that, in a lateral view, can regulate the wire harness WH from being bent more than a path passing through a line along the guiding direction of the guide part 50 and a line orthogonal to the guide direction through the door interior positioning part.
