The paper tape 2 is heated to be mold with the nonwoven fabric in a state where its tip part is protruded from a winding end edge part 3e, and thereby, a root portion exposed from the outer peripheral surface of the nonwoven exterior structure 30 indicates a position of the winding end edge part 3e.
