Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in an environment where the wire harness is being used, a wire harness in which the progress of corrosion of a wire with terminal can early be detected in a stage of symptom thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a wire harness having a wire with corrosion fostering terminal 10 and a wire with equipment connection terminal 12, in which the base material of a crimp terminal 8 has a larger ionization tendency than the material of core wire and the plating of both main faces of the base material has a smaller ionization tendency than the base material. The wire with corrosion fostering terminal 10 has, as compared to the wire with equipment connection terminal 12, a larger ratio of an area of the end face at the portion facing the intermediate exposed portion exposed from crimp terminal 8 between the coated crimp portion and the core wire crimp portion in the bare wire portion of core wire to a surface area of the intermediate exposed portion in crimp terminal 8.
