Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more convenient cable insulation protection cap that eliminates the need to remove the cap from a wire when connecting the wire and does not need to collect it.SOLUTION: A wire insulation protection cap 10 insulates and protects a core wire portion (W2) at a tip end made by peeling part of a covering portion (W1) of an electric wire (W). The wire insulation protection cap 10 includes: a body 11 configured in a cylindrical shape into which the covering portion (W1) and the core wire portion (W2) of the electric wire (W) can enter; and a bottom 14 (weak portion) through which the electric wire (W) can penetrate by press-fitting the electric wire (W) toward one end in the axial direction of the body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
