Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a wire from being peeled off from a terminal.SOLUTION: A wire junction method comprises: a wire set process of inserting a metal wire 20 into an inside of a U-shaped junction 11 formed in a metal tabular terminal 10 and protruding a tip part of the wire 20 from the junction 11; and a junction process of pressing a horn 32 making supersonic vibration on the junction 11 while the junction 11 is laid on an anvil 31 to join the wire 20 and the junction 11, and crushing the junction 11 to form an anchor part 23 engaging with the junction 11 at a tip part 21 of the wire 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
