PURPOSE: To simplify the production process by providing a pair of feeding rollers to feed the wire intermittently, a pair of forming tools which clamps the wire with closing of die at the feeding stop time of wire and to forms an almost tapered part at a part of the wire and the cutting mechanism to cut the wire material.

CONSTITUTION: The one pair of feeding roller 1, 1 which feed the continuously supplied wire material L, the one pair of forming tool 2, 2 which stands by on the way of the wire L feeding route and the cutting mechanism 3 to cut the wire material L by the prescribed length are provided. Further, the pin punching mechanism 4 to punch the lead pin P manufactured by cutting the wire by the prescribed length to the printed board B, are provided. Therefore, the pin punching work is automized, the productive efficiency is improved and not only the punching of the lead pin to the printed board but also the manufacturing of the lead pin itself can be executed, so the production process is simplified with minimizing the numbers of equipment on the production line.
