Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow use of a recycled product and reduce cost of a product price.SOLUTION: A wire material F for surface processing is a melt-extruded product of a recycle pellet obtained by crushing, melting and extruding a waste product of a glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic, where a Charpy impact strength of the recycle pellet is 5-20 kJ/m, a tensile strength is 100-190 MPa and a bending strength is 120-250 MPa, the wire material for surface processing contains 15-40 wt.% of a glass fiber having an average fiber length of 0.05-1.5 mm and a diameter of 3-30 μm and 60-85 wt.% of a polyamide-based resin, a polyester-based resin, an ABS resin or a PPS resin, and an orientation angle of the glass fiber with respect to a wire material longitudinal direction is 0-7°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
