Abstract:
To provide a wire-mesh-like metal plate for grilling meat which is inexpensive, allows for repetitive use by washing after use, and has no problem in safety and hygiene.
Many holes are punched out in a circular iron or stainless-steel plate, and the plate is entirely dome-shaped and is folded back in its periphery, thereby obtaining a thermally and mechanically strong mesh structure. Then, an iron plate is rustproofed finally but a stainless-steel plate needs no rustproofing to obtain a novel wire-mesh-like plate. This provides the wire-mesh-like metal plate for grilling meat which allows for repetitive use by washing after use and secures safety and is less expensive than a wire-mesh for grilling meat used conventionally.
