Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of fitting a gauze to a gate to a suitable position in a suitable posture.SOLUTION: A holder 31 is the one, while holding a filter 25 by magnetic force, inserting into the gate 24 of the mold 4 of a low pressure casting device 1 so as to fit the same. As shown in figure 3, the filter 25 is formed so as to be narrowed to an insertion direction to insert the filter 25 into the gate 24. As shown in figure 4, the holder 31 includes: a fixture body 40 having magnetic force for holding the filter 25; and a coil spring 41 as an elastic body fixed to the fixture body 40, and, when the filter 25 is fitted to the gate 24, located in the insertion direction side than the fixture body 40, and, while retaining the shape of the filter 25, pressing the filter 25 to the insertion direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
