Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire polishing device which can easily perform gap adjustment between polishing rolls.SOLUTION: A wire polishing device 10 has a rolling mechanism 40 comprising a pair of roll shafts 31, 32 and a planetary gear mechanism 50 for rolling the roll shafts 31, 32, and a variable support mechanism 81 comprising a cone member 80. The rolling mechanism 40 has: a ring gear 60 having an internal tooth; a rotary body 46 which is rotated by a motor 41; planetary gears 62, 63; and gear boxes 65, 66 which are rotated around axes 62a, 63a of the planetary gears 62, 63 along a front face 46a of the rotary body 46. The gear boxes 65, 66 are respectively provided with a bearing part 74 for supporting the roll shaft 31, 32. The cone member 80 is provided with an inner surface 87 which supports roller followers 35, 36 of the roll shafts 31, 32. When the cone member 80 is moved in a direction along an axis X1 by a cone movement mechanism 82, a distance between the roll shafts 31, 32 is changed according to a position of the cone member 80, whereby a gap G between polishing rolls 33, 34 is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
