Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform installation of protective tubes efficiently with a little labor and to efficiently implement locking to wires with required minimum numbers of workers and indirect hot-line instruments when manually installing the protective tubes within a short wire distribution line portion where only a few protective tubes may be installed.SOLUTION: A wire protective tube body 2 includes a tube body 5 and an opening/closing part 7 which is formed on an insulation plate in an axial direction of the tube body. An opening/closing member 50 includes: a first opening/closing piece 60 that is fixed to one tube body portion 15; a second opening/closing piece 70 that is fixed to another tube body portion 16; and an opening/closing operation mechanism 80. By operating the opening/closing operation mechanism, to/from one opening/closing piece, the other opening/closing piece can be made close and separate. In response to opening operations of the first and second opening/closing pieces, the wire protective tube body opens the opening/closing part by separating one tube body portion from the other tube body portion.
