PURPOSE: To provide the title device so designed that an outer receiving member to click the outer wire end of a operating wire detachably connected to an operating lever in an interlocking manner is detachably equipped to the machine body so as to be free to regulate the length of the operating wire, thereby facilitating, e.g., unloading of the operating wire.

CONSTITUTION: When an operating wire 4 is to be unloaded, its outer wire 6 part is screwed, and a bolt fitting the machine body with the outer receiving member 7 receiving said outer wire 6 is loosened and unloaded, and both the outer receiving member 7 and the operating wire 4 are then unloaded with both of them kept in an integrated state followed by unloading the operating wire 4 from the operating lever 5. When the length of the operating wire 4 is to be regulated, the fitting site for the outer receiving member 7 is moved and regulated by loosening the bolt, thereby regulating the length of the operating wire 4.
