Abstract:
PURPOSE: To force a wire to be enameled to pass the enameling machine for spraying enamel on the wire repetitively per individual work unit.
CONSTITUTION: In a wire rewinder, band rollers 5, 6, 7 are so constituted as being attached together with an endless band 1 having its fixing part 8 guided coaxially in front of the front surface of wire guiding roller blocks 2, 3, 4 on the circumferences of which a wire whose circumference is coated runs without twisting on the circumference of the abovementioned band rollers. Wire moving rollers 9 and 11 are positioned in front of respective wire guiding roller blocks 2 and 3 and in parallel to a shaft direction in relative thereto. The wire to be retracted is fixed to the fixing part 8 and by means of rotation of the endless band 1, it is arranged around the wire guiding roller blocks 2, 3, 4.
