Abstract:
To provide a wire rod connection structure in which wire rods can be connected to each other tightly.SOLUTION: A wire rod connection structure 1 is a structure in which two wire rods 10a and 10b are connected to each other through a connection member 20. The connection member 20 has cylindrical parts into which respective end parts 11a and 11b of the two wire rods 10a and 10b are inserted, and further has pressure-bonding places 21 where the cylindrical part is pressed toward inside in a radial direction thereof so that the connection member 20 is swaged into the wire rods 10a and 10b. At least three of pressure-bonding places 21 are provided separate from one another in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical part. Further, the pressure-bonding places 21 are provided in plural number to separate from one another in a shaft direction of the cylindrical part, and the pressure-bonding places 21 adjacent to each other in the shaft direction are arranged to shift from each other in the circumferential direction. In both of the cylindrical part into which one wire rod 10a is inserted and in the cylindrical part into which the other wire rod 10b is inserted are provided in the shaft direction the plurality of pressure-bonding places 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
