Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always easily control a finished wire rod diameter at a constant by providing tension to a drawing wire rod in a wire drawing side of a drawing die.
SOLUTION: Even after a finishing wire rod diameter of a product is decided with a hole diameter of a drawing die 1, the finishing wire rod diameter of a drawing wire rod 3 is formed considerably smaller than a wire rod diameter decided with the hole diameter of the drawing die 1 by further imparting tension to the drawing wire rod 3 before being wound with a tension control roll 6, and whereby on-line control for the finished wire rod diameter becomes possible. Further, a pressurizing quantity T by the tension control roll 6 is changed via a cylinder 7 so as to become a target wire rod diameter by disposing a wire rod diameter measuring sensor 4 before a winding drum 2 in the outlet side of the tension control roll 6 and by automatically measuring the finishing wire rod diameter. Thus, even if a deterioration by wear of the drawing die 1 and variance owing to hardness of the drawing wire rod 3 are generated, the finished wire rod diameter of the product of the drawing wire rod 3 is always kept at a constant.
