Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device capable of rapidly and efficiently exchanging a work to be rolled and regulating the clearance between upper and lower rollers without stopping the operation.
SOLUTION: In a wire rolling device 1 in which a manual handle 8 is provided on a part of a rotation drive system, an intermediate gear 20 is provided on the drive system, and the rotation from a drive source is transmitted to upper and lower rollers 40, 30 through the intermediate gear 20, the intermediate gear 20 is engaged between a trnasmission gear 9 fixed to a main shaft 5 and a drive gear 31 of the lower roller 30, and the transmission gear 9 and a joint coupling 11 which is urged in one direction and slidable relative to the main shaft 5, slides the joint coupling 11 through a plunger 14 slidable along the axis of the main shaft 5 by the turn of an operation lever one end of which is pivotably supported by the manual handle 8, to achieve attachment/ detachment of the a joint part 7.
