To provide a surgical apparatus for executing a surgical treatment in a body tissue.

The surgical apparatus includes a housing and a long and slender tubular member at least partially supported by the housing. The long and slender tubular member includes: a long and slender tubular member that defines a central lumen and a longitudinal axis; a drive assembly extended from the housing into the central lumen of the long and slender tubular member; an electric connection component to be positioned around the drive assembly; and an electrical wire extended from within the housing into the long and slender tubular member. The electrical wire is wound around the electric connection component. The electric connection component, while enabling the long and slender tubular member to rotate around the longitudinal axis, enables the electrical wire to be fixed in the housing and the long and slender tubular member.
