Abstract:
To provide a wire stripping tool capable of preventing an insulation coating from being left from stripping, by stripping the insulation coating over a whole circumference including a cut starting point of a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A wire stripping tool 100 consists of: a cutting blade member 216 in which a cutting blade 234 is provided in such a manner that a central shaft CS thereof is rotatable between a first direction which is orthogonal to a length direction of a wire L and a second direction which becomes oblique to the length direction; and a control block 218 including a rotation regulation part 238 which regulates the rotation of the cutting blade member 216, and a wire abutment part 246 which is abutted to the wire L. When starting stripping an insulation coating H, the central shaft CS of the cutting blade 234 is directed orthogonally to the length direction of the wire L by regulating the rotation of the cutting blade member 216 by means of the rotation regulation part 246 and when the stripping is progressed and the wire abutment part 246 becomes closer to a surface of a core wire S, the regulation by the rotation regulation part 242 is cancelled, such that the cutting blade member 216 is rotated from the first direction to the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
