Abstract:
To accurately return a hook of a sleeve to a predetermined standby position by surely corotating the sleeve and an end shaft after twisting of a wire.
An elastic bumper 42 is provided between an overhang portion (27) at the base portion of the end shaft 12 and end surfaces of the sleeves (11 and 16). The sleeves are compressed by colliding with the bumper 42 in the backward movement of the sleeves. Thus, the end shaft 12 and the sleeve are corotated by a frictional force which is generated between a spiral key groove 14 of the end shaft 12 and a key 15 of the sleeve.
