To prevent wire from twisting off by calculating time from the starting of a twisting till voltage reaches constant voltage which is lower than peak voltage as for voltage of a motor for twisting, dividing the time into time which is longer than reference time and time which is shorter than reference time and changing a processing by measured time of the motor for twisting and a brake according to the division.
When a 0.8 V signal at the time of the starting of a twisting is inputted, a timer is started, an input signal is read when voltage reaches constant voltage (1.7 V) which is lower than peak voltage, time till voltage reaches from 0.8 V to 1.7 V is calculated, and when the time is longer than reference time (0.19 seconds), a reinforcement diameter is judged to be small. When voltage of a motor for twisting is measured for every 4 ms unit time and peak voltage is detected, current is turned off and the motor for twisting is stopped. When the time is shorter than reference time, the reinforcement diameter is judged to be large. At a point of time when voltage of the motor is measured for every 2.4 ms unit time which is shorter than 4 ms and voltage becomes peak voltage, current of the motor for twisting is turned off and the motor is controlled by a sudden brake.
