Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise workability and reduce manufacturing cost of a bobbin in that manufacture is possible only by drilling a hole in the axial direction for fitting a conductor piece in it by forming, in the axial direction, a hole capable of fitting into it a conductor piece communicating with the circumference of a winding core to which a wire is wound from the lateral part of a winding bobbin for winding the wire.
SOLUTION: A wire 2 winding bobbin 1 is provided with a winding core 1a, to which a bare copper wire or the like as the wire 2 can be wound, and a disc shaped lateral part 1b is integrally formed on both sides of the winding core 1a. A hole 1c communicating with the circumference of the winding core 1a, to which the wire 2 is wound from the lateral part 1b, is formed in the winding core 1a in the axial direction. By inserting a conductor piece 3 into the hole 1c through the lateral part 1b and bending it in an L shape, the conductor piece 3 can be easily fitted therein. One end 3a of the bent conductor piece 3 is exposed on the circumference of the winding core 1a and comes in contact with the wire 2 being wound, while the other end 3b is fitted so that it may reach an axial hole 1d when it is bent along the lateral part 1b.
