Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically perform the fixing actions of the winding start section and the winding end section of a wire to a mandrel and the winding action of the wire.
CONSTITUTION: A wire pinching means 8 is provided on an upper chuck 7 for holding the shaft sections 90a, 90b protruded at both end sections of a mandrel 90 and rotating them at a prescribed speed. Grooved rollers 30, 31 for guiding wire 91 to the winding position, a cutter 37 for cutting and holding the wire 91, and a wire moving means 35 for supporting the wire 91 at a prescribed position are fitted to an arm moved along the barrel section 90c of the mandrel 90 with screw rods 25. When an adhesive tape sticking mechanism 4 is arranged at a prescribed position, the overlappingly fixing action of the winding start section of the wire 91 to the mandrel 90, the winding action of the wire 91 on the barrel section 90c, and the fixing action of the winding end section of the wire 91 to the barrel section 90c can be automatically performed.
