Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wire winding operation for a workpiece and supply and discharge operations of a workpiece before winding wire and a workpiece after winding wire simultaneously by providing an index means for positioning workpiece and a supply and discharge means for transferring the workpiece which is positioned at a supply and discharge position of the index means after winding wire onto a conveyance means.
SOLUTION: While a wire material W is wound around a bobbin N, a supply and discharge means 200 supplies a new bobbin N from a conveyor 50 for an empty workpiece hold tool 43 at a supply and discharge position Q. Consequently, the wire material W is wound around the bobbin N of the workpiece hold tool 43 at a wire winding position P, and the bobbin N immediately before winding wire is mounted on the workpiece hold tool 43 at the supply and discharge position Q. When wire winding around the bobbin N at the wire winding position P is completed, the bobbin N is positioned at the supply and discharge position Q and the bobbin N immediately before winding wire is positioned at the wire winding position P. The bobbin N on which wire is wound is pulled out of the workpiece hold tool 43 due to the operation of the supply and discharge means 200, and the bobbin N on which wire is wound is fitted in a platen 51 at a workpiece discharge position B.
