Abstract:
To provide a wire with a terminal capable of enhancing cut-off performance at a mold part while suppressing damage to an insulation material.SOLUTION: A wire with a terminal 1 includes: an insulation wire 1a having a core wire 4 and an insulation material 5 covering a circumference of the core wire 4; a terminal metal fitting 2 electrically connected with the core wire 4 at an end part of the insulation wire 1a; and an adhesive tube 7 covering an end part of the insulation material 5. The wire with the terminal 1 has a mold part 3 formed so as to cover a region up to a middle part in an axial line direction of the adhesive tube 7 from a core wire connection part 2b connected with the core wire 4 in the terminal fitting 2. An outer periphery surface of the adhesive tube 7 is adhered to an inner periphery surface of the mold part 3, and the inner periphery surface of the adhesive tube 7 is adhered to an outer periphery surface of the insulation material 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
