Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN device capable of further improving a degree of freedom in installation of an antenna, and of further extending a communication range of a wireless LAN.SOLUTION: A wireless LAN device comprises: an antenna 2 that transmits and receives a high-frequency signal for wireless communication to and from a terminal device; an antenna side device 4 that comprises a signal conversion part 42 for performing conversion between the high-frequency signal and a digital signal, and an antenna side housing 44; a main body side device 6 that comprises an information processing unit 61 for executing processing of the digital signal, a WAN communication unit 63 for communicating with a wide area network 7, and a main body side housing 65; a communication cable 5 that connects between the antenna side device 4 and the main body side device 6 communicably; and an antenna cable 3 that connects between the antenna 2 and the antenna side device 4. The antenna side housing 44 of the antenna side device 4 is provided with a connection terminal 41 for connecting the antenna cable 3, and configured connectably with the antenna 2 via the antenna cable 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
