To implement MU-MIMO with hardly any changes made to DCF mechanism.

A wireless terminal station apparatus used in a wireless communication system including one wireless base station and a plurality of wireless terminal stations is assigned to belong to any one of a plurality of groups and comprises a back-off control unit that implements control such that a back-off value for performing random back-off for the wireless terminal station apparatus belonging to at least one group is selected from a set of back-off value candidates which is a set of predetermined limited number of values.
