A delay time range detection section 1033 detects a correlation time width for each peak of a result of a correlation arithmetic operation as a delay time range, and an arrival angular range detection section 1035 detects a correlation angular width for each peak of a result of the correlation arithmetic operation as an arrival angular range. An initial cluster generating section 1036 generates an initial cluster whose cluster range is a range surrounded by the delay time range and the arrival angular range. A cluster judgment write section 1051 classifies arrival paths to the initial clusters including delay time estimate values and arrival direction estimate values of the arrival paths estimated by a superresolution estimate section 104. Further, correlation path detection sections 1061-1 to 1061-M use signals with high signal correlation coefficients of the arrival paths classified in one and same initial cluster for a new set to perform cluster classification.
