To realize a radio communication device which increases transmission opportunities of a radio transmission device by utilizing unused resources efficiently and improves the radio communication transmission rate by bundling and utilizing the unused resources at a time.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 100 predicts duration time for idle states of multiple frequency bandwidths and multiple channels from prediction patterns acquired by a prediction process of a prediction part. The radio communication device 100 predicts an idle state duration time for a channel that obtained a transmission privilege and identifies a maximum standby duration based on the predicted duration time of the idle state. The radio communication device 100 determines whether or not there is other channel that can obtain the transmission privilege. If there is another channel capable of obtaining a transmission privilege, the radio communication device bundles the channel and a channel that obtains the transmission privilege first to perform a parallel communication at a time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
