When a handover is performed from a first wireless communication network 15 to a second wireless communication network 16, the reproduction speed of an application is calculated by a reproduction speed calculation part 56 on the basis of the preparation time until the handover, respective delay times of the first wireless communication network 15 and second wireless communication network 16, and the amount of data in a jitter buffer 47 at the point of time at which the start of the handover preparation is determined, and the reproduction speed of the running application is controlled on the basis of the calculated reproduction speed and an evaluation value stored in a reproduction speed evaluation part 57.
