To provide a communication method of a mobile station with at least two communication modes whereby two wireless communications are carried out at the same time without causing interference between the two communications.

In the wireless communication system provided with a base station and a plurality of mobile stations, each mobile station includes: a communication means for carrying out wireless communication with at least two frequencies; a means for acquiring frame information of a predetermined communication; a discrimination means for discriminating a free slot on the basis of the frame information acquired by the frame information acquisition means, and the wireless communication system characterized in to carry out communication with a frequency different from that of the predetermined communication in the same frame timing as that of the free slot discriminated by the discrimination means.
