To achieve increased coverage while suppressing cost increases.SOLUTION: A wireless control device includes a plurality of parasitic antennas that propagate a signal transmitted from a first wireless station toward a second wireless station, a variable load unit connected to at least one first parasitic antenna, an estimation unit that estimates a first propagation path between the first wireless station and the plurality of parasitic antennas, and a second propagation path between the plurality of parasitic antennas and the second wireless station on the basis of a signal received by at least one second parasitic antenna, and a control unit that controls the variable load unit on the basis of the estimation result of the first propagation path and the estimation result of the second propagation path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
