A CPU 9 transfers data from a memory 7 to a memory 8 via a bus conversion part 11, a CPU bus 10 and a bus conversion part 12. An operation module 13 always monitors a memory bus which connects the memory 7 with the bus conversion part 11, when the data passes the memory bus, performs predetermined arithmetic processing to the data obtained from the memory bus and records the arithmetic results in a memory 14. The CPU 9 transfers the arithmetic results to be recorded in the memory 14 to a predetermined location of the memory 8 via the CPU bus 10 and the bus conversion part 12 after transferring the data from the memory 7 to the memory 8.
