Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transmit the liquid level data quickly when a liquid is supplemented in a tank. CONSTITUTION:The up-and-down movement of a float 10 detecting the liquid level is converted to an electric signal by a potentiometer 15. When the liquid level drops, the liquid level data is transmitted to a signal processing circuit 20 in a long cycle. If the liquid level rises, the liquid level data is transmitted in a relatively short cycle. A detector is provided to detect the centrifugal force of a tape drum 12 which interlocks with the movement of the float 10, so that the sudden change of the liquid surface is detected. The current liquid level is measured and transmitted promptly when the signal from the detector is input, without waiting for a next transmission timing.
