Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication module capable of realizing down-sizing and cost reduction, while integrating a RF circuit and a micro computer, and to provide an LED lighting device, solar power system, an automatic actuation system, and a detection device.SOLUTION: A wireless communication module 1 includes a RF substrate 10 having a front face and a reverse face, a RF circuit 12 arranged on the front face of the RF substrate 10, and processing radio signals, an antenna 13 arranged on the front face of the RF substrate 10, and connected electrically with the RF circuit 12, a control board 20 having a front face and a reverse face, where at least a part of the reverse face is facing the front face of the RF substrate 10, and arranged to cover the RF circuit 12 and to expose the antenna 13 in first direction view, i.e., the view in the direction perpendicular to the front face of the RF substrate 10, connectors 11, 21 arranged between the front face of the RF substrate 10 and the reverse face of the control board 20, while being connected electrically with the RF circuit 12, and a micro computer 22 arranged on the control board 20 while being connected electrically with the connectors 11, 21, and processing the wireless signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
