PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for highly precisely detecting an azimuth on the basis of geomagnetism.SOLUTION: A point information transmitter (20) is disposed at a predetermined location, and transmits point information containing at least magnetism correction information, which is used to correct a deflection in geomagnetism occurring at the location.
