Abstract:
To simply suppress deterioration of transmission efficiency due to position deviation by changing a resonance frequency.SOLUTION: A wireless power transmission system is provided with: a power transmission device having a plurality of transmission side resonance circuits consisting of a coil, a variable reactance circuit, and a switch for selecting the number of windings of the coil; and an AC power supply for supplying power to each transmission side resonance circuit; a power reception device having one or more power reception side resonance circuits consisting of a coil, a variable reactance circuit, and a switch for selecting the number of windings of the coil, and a load circuit of each power reception side resonance circuit; a position information acquisition part which acquires position information of the power reception device; and a control part which controls each reactance so that each reactance of each variable reactance circuit has each value determined based on relation between the resonance frequency of each power transmission side resonance circuit and each power reception side resonance circuit to be obtained when the power transmission device and the power reception device are arranged in position relation based on the position information acquired by the position information acquisition part and transmission efficiency of the power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
