Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless receiver whose reception characteristic is enhanced by obtaining a diversity gain even when in-phase summation is applied to a pilot channel signal transmitted through diversity.
SOLUTION: A changeover control section 201 applies changeover control to switches 202, 203 and symbols Dplus including only +A are shared to a memory 204 and symbols Dminus including only -A are shared to a memory 205 respectively, the memory 204 and an adder 206 sums the Dplus in phase and the memory 205 and the adder 206 sums the Dminus in phase and a square adder 207 squares the Dplus after in-phase summation and the Dminus after in-phase summation and they are summed.
