Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve safety by installing a transmission intensity selecting means onto the transmitter side of a wireless remote control device and reducing the transmission output in the case when a trunk opener, door lock, etc. are operated and permitting the remote control operation only in case of the operation in a short distance. CONSTITUTION:A wireless remote control system is constituted of a transmitter 2 and a receiver 3 mounted onto a car. When a prescribed operation instruction is input from the keyswitch 4 of the transmitter 2, an encoder 5 transmits said input into an oscillation and modulation circuit 7, and electric waves are transmitted through an output transistor 9. When the operation instruction is particularly for a trunk opener, door lock, etc., the encoder 5 switches a selecting switch 10, and reduces the transmission output. The transmission output for the trunk opener, door lock, etc. is reduced, and only the operation in a short distance is permitted, and the safety in remote control operation is achieved.
